The personal data provided by users on the 'Tribelist' form will be included in a file owned by ANTONIO PUIG, S.A. (hereinafter, the "Data Controller") for the purpose of managing the Competition, as well as sending them commercial information.

Users acknowledge that the collected personal data:

• are processed on the basis of their consent;
• are aimed at facilitating the Competition being held;
• are stored by the Data Controller for the duration of the Competition, which will in no case exceed three years from the date of collection;
• are processed by the competent authorized services within the Data Controller, in particular the services responsible for the commercial relationship, communication and marketing;
• may be transferred to any company belonging to the PUIG Group for the same purposes as mentioned above, and therefore the participants accept having been duly informed about the first transfer of personal data; and
• may be communicated to any third party managing the Competition on behalf of the Data Controller and/or to any administrative or judicial authority that requests the communication of such personal data.

In the event of a transfer of personal data outside the European Union, PUIG guarantees that the transfer will be made in accordance with the guarantees provided by the European Commission.

Users have the right to access, rectify and delete data relating to them, to withdraw their consent at any time, to request the portability thereof and to oppose the processing of their data on legitimate grounds. Users authorize the Organizing Company to carry out any useful verification related to their identity and address. Any false information, as well as making multiple entries, will result in the participant being eliminated. The participants authorize the Organizing Company to use their name, town/city and place of residence on the Website, without any restrictions or reservations and without this use leading to any right or consideration.

All participants authorize the Organizing Company to publish, reproduce and represent their elements on the Website. Considering the nature of the internet, the participants are aware and accept that the elements can be associated with different contexts or other elements and used as hyperlinks or partially exploited.

By participating in the Competition, the participants agree that the Organizing Company may use session and third-party cookies (Google Analytics) to recognize them as a returning user and thus customize their use, to provide faster browsing, to collect statistical information and to store browsing preferences or habits. Cookies constitute automatic procedures for collecting information related to preferences defined by an internet user during their visit to a certain website. The participants can set their browser to accept or reject all cookies by default or to receive an on-screen warning of the reception of each cookie and thus decide at that time whether or not to install them.
